Question 1

Will it pull my hair?

Accepted Answer

Ball-tipped bristles slide into the tangle and open it bit by bit instead of tearing through. Start at the ends, work up, and let the bristles open the knot.

Question 2

What touches my scalp?

Accepted Answer

A ball at the end of each bristle: ball tips on the scalp, not sharp teeth.

Question 3

Does it work on curls?

Accepted Answer

The bristles are set to pass through a curl without breaking its shape. Work from the ends up, never from the roots.

Question 4

Wet or dry hair?

Accepted Answer

Both. On wet hair, take your time and start at the ends.

Question 5

How to use it

Accepted Answer

Ends first, then up. The bristles do the work, you do not pull. 01 Start at the ends. Hold the hair above the knot with your free hand. 02 Work your way up. A little at a time. 03 Finish from the roots. One long stroke once the lengths are free. 04 Keep it clean. Pull the hair out, rinse, dry it standing up.
